We’re always looking for passionate early-years practitioners who love Montessori learning. Roles open up across our Harrow, Pinner and Borehamwood Montessori day nurseries — from Montessori-trained room leads and apprentices to qualified EYFS practitioners and bank staff.
Our safer recruitment process is thorough by design. Every team member completes an enhanced DBS check before starting, two professional references are taken up, and identity and right-to-work are verified. Once you’ve joined, we invest in paediatric emergency first aid, safeguarding (Level 2 minimum, Level 3 for designated leads), food hygiene and ongoing Montessori CPD.
